infineon1.jpgOne of our very good customers is Booby O’Gorman who is the Operations Director for Infineon Raceway in Sonoma, CA. We spoke to Bobby this week in preparation for this years calendar.  Infineon Raceway has some very exciting races this year, the least of which is the very popular NASCAR race that brings thousands of people to the track.  The big race is just in time for summer break and is great for families with special packages for all that are interested.  The Toyota/Save Mart 350 NASCAR Spring Cup Series race is  June 20-22 and tickets are now available.

Our company installs miles of temporary fence and crowd control barricade for the race track and we always look forward to a new season.  This year we have been transporting materials to the track ahead of schedule with the anticipation of each race.  This helps us with having the right amount of fence on site before each race and allows us to respond quickly if there is a need for additional temporary fence that was not a part of the original plan.   We look forward to working with Bobby this year at Infineon Raceway, he is super customer!

aleqm5hea8ubco_xivy4lwjb60yp5iziyq.jpgWith all of the anticipation of the Olympic torch coming to San Francisco, our phones have been ringing consistently for the last several days.  We have received calls from local event coordinators to the Chinese Consulate looking for temporary site services for their last minute parties that seem to have just sprung up.

There is a lot of buzz in the air and certainly in the media of what we might expect with the spectators that will be crossing lines with the protests that will be going on along the course of the event.  Toilets, temporary fencing and barricade are all items that are being ordered on an emergency basis in preparation of tomorrow’s event that starts at 1pm at Willie McCovey Cove in San Francisco.  We currently have four (4) separate events going on at the same time and we know that there will be a few more as we get closer to tomorrow.  I am also talking to my colleagues whom are also scrambling to keep up with the requests for services.  It is pretty exciting.
